  • Sausages – Made in Fort Augustus by D J MacDougall, butcher.
  • Eggs – free range from our friend’s smallholding at Torcastle
  • Mushrooms – Scottish
  • Tomatoes – always Scottish/British when in season
  • Tomato ketchup & Brown sauce – Wilkin & Sons Ltd., Tiptree, England
  • Smoked Organic Salmon – Andy Race, Mallaig
  • Honey – Tweedside Honey, Chain Bridge Honey Farm, Berwick-upon-Tweed
  • Potato scones, Sweet muffins, some cakes etc – Home made using British flour
  • Jam & marmalade – home made where possible
