general information

    • 5% discount for stays of three or more nights.
    • We only accept bookings of two nights or more.
    • Bookings can be made directly by phone or email or using our online booking service (terms and conditions apply). We do not take a deposit but a valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the booking.
    • We are unable to accept bookings for groups requiring more than 3 rooms
    • Any alterations to bookings or cancellations must be made in writing by post or email and we will confirm by return email, advising of any charges (see below).
    • If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.
    • In the case of loss or damage caused by: vomiting, bleeding, incontinence, cosmetic stains, food/drink spillage where repair or replacement or extra cleaning is required, the cost will be charged to your booking guarantee card
    • Payment accepted by cash, bank transfer and most major credit and debit cards (excluding Amex).
    • Check in from 16.00 until 18:00 (other times by prior arrangement); Check out by 11.00.
    • Breakfast served from 8.00 – 9.30.
    • Ample off road parking and secure garaging for bikes.
    • Complimentary transport into town (by prior arrangement)
    • Drying facilities available for outdoor gear.
    • Wi-fi access in all rooms.
    • We are a no smoking establishment.
